Delivery Information

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post.

Standard shipping rates are:

Orders up to $150 - $10 flat rate

Orders over $150 - FREE!

Express post shipping rates are:

All orders - $20

Shipping Process:

All orders will be processed and confirmed via email once payment is received. Please ensure all your details are correct and notify us of any errors as soon as possible. We are unable to correct any errors in your address once the order has been sent. Redelivery costs may occur if there are errors.

Once we receive your order, it will usually be dispatched within 1-2 days. Express deliveries will be sent out same day if the order is received prior to 2pm Brisbane time. Standard deliveries will then take 2-7 days and express post deliveries will take 1-2 days. Whilst it is always our aim to deliver your parcel within the suggested time frame above, we cannot guarantee these delivery times, especially during sale periods and busy promotional times such as mothers day and Christmas. 

All parcels are given a tracking number which we will email to you once your parcel has been shipped. This allows you the option to track your parcel and estimated delivery times.
