Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is paramount at Stem - Simply Beautiful Things. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return the goods within 30 days for a refund, exchange or credit note.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund goods that are worn or washed, have had tags removed, were damaged after delivery, have been dropped or broken, or if you have simply changed your mind on the purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition.
Stem - Simply Beautiful Things must be notified within 7 days of receipt of purchase of any product discrepancies. No product discrepancies will be considered beyond 7 days of receipt of order. Please call the store or email stemorders@indara.com.au.

Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. Please choose carefully.
We strongly suggest that you find out your size before selecting any fashion products, as this will make it much easier for you to be able to select products that will suit you.
All postage costs must be paid for by the buyer. We suggest you return items via registered post and prepay all postage and insurance. Stem - Simply Beautiful Things will not be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit to our store if you do not insure.
